Kaseya Integration

Kaseya / Shockey Monkey Integration

This integration is relatively simple to configure and should take no longer than a few minutes. It will allow you to import all of the assets from your Kaseya platform into Shockey Monkey. It will also allow management of all Kaseya Tickets.

Shockey Monkey Configuration

1. Sign into your Shockey Monkey portal.


2. Click on the top menu, Settings > Integrations.


3. Next, select Kaseya from the drop down menu.




4. Enter the URL for your Kaseya Portal.


5. Enter the Username and Username for an administrative account.


6. Click Next.


7. Whenever you want to import/update the list of assets inside of Shockey Monkey. Return to this screen, Select Kaseya from the dropdown menu and press SYNC.
