Level Platforms Integration

Level Platforms / Shockey Monkey Integration

This integration consists of two parts and is relatively simple to configure. First we will configure the integration inside of Shockey Monkey. After we have the fields mapped correctly, we will configure the Integration inside of Level Platforms.

Level Platforms Configuration

1. Sign into your Shockey Monkey portal.


2. Click on the top menu, Settings > Integrations.


3. Next, select Level Platforms from the drop down menu.




4. Select the appropriate Shockey Monkey (status, priority, and category) for each of the Level Platform fields.


5. Click Save.

Level Platforms (Configuration)

1. Sign in to your Level Platforms account.
2. Click on the side menu, Configuration > Collaborative Services.




3. On the top menu, select Add > Custom Integration.






4. Check the box that says "Enable".


5. Type "Shockey Monkey" for the Service Identification Name.


6. Type the URL in the provided box for the Web Service, http://YourPortalName.shockeymonkey.com:80/api/v3/sm.php?wsdl.


7. Click Validate. It should return a green checkmark.


8. Select LPI_TicketNotification, from the [WS Method] drop down box.


9. Paste the provided XML inside of the [Tokens] text area. Make sure any formatting is removed, tha may have been transferred from copying and pasting.


10. Click Save.
