N-able Integration

N-able / Shockey Monkey Integration

This integration is relatively simple to configure and should take no longer than a few minutes. It will allow you to import all of the assets from your N-able platform into Shockey Monkey.

N-able Configuration

1. Sign into your N-able Account.


2. From either the SO level or the System level, click Configuration > PSA Integration.






3. Select "Shockey Monkey" from the [PSA Solution] dropdown box.


4. Check the box that says "Export Customer/Site and Device Data".


5. Enter the desired Username & Password for the PSA Integration.


6. Click Synchronize & Save.

Shockey Monkey (Configuration)

1. Sign into your Shockey Monkey portal.


2. Click on the top menu, Settings > Integrations.


3. Next, select N-able frpm the drop down menu.




4. Enter the (URL, Username, & Password) for your N-able PSA Integration account.


5. Click Next.


6. If authentication is successful, you will see the following screen.




7. Whenever you want to import/update the list of assets inside of Shockey Monkey. Return to this screen, select N-able from the dropdown menu and click SYNC.
