Shockey Monkey Bugs
  • Fixed an issue with the Accounting Module, that would not let you set the default rate for billable time.
  • Fixed an issue with the Accounting Module, that would not allow you to add dynamic items upon invoice creation.
  • Removed an old link to an outdated version of the Accounting Module.

Shockey Monkey Service Manager & Fixes
  • Shockey Monkey Service Manager
    • Each section of the Service Manager has been redesigned.
    • The new UI design has been implemented across all (create, modify, list & view pages)
    • Distribution Groups management has been improved, to allow massive selections.
  • Other Improvements
    • We fixed an issue with Email2Ticket that was causing some updates to generate new tickets.

Shockey Monkey Accounting Module
  • Accounting Module
    • The accounting module has been brought up to match the look, feel and design of the 2.0 interface.
    • Fixed an issue where it was not allowing the creation of invoices under certain circumstances.
    • Fixed an issue where autocomplete was not working in several areas making it impossible to add items to invoices.
    • Fixed all GUI overlapping issues that were caused from the initial 2.0 update.
    • Fixed an issue on the payments page that would not allow you to change the filter type.
    • Adjusted several performance issues that would cause robust amounts of information to load when it was unnecessary.
    • Added the ability to configure your "currency" format globally across your portal.
  • Other Improvements
    • Added an event handle to the top search box, to load upon selection.
    • Fixed an issue that would not allow the addition of links.
    • Fixed a logic issue with our Email2Ticket software. It's now more reliable.
    • Fixed an issue that caused all calendar pop-up controls to render incorrectly.

Shockey Monkey Fixes
  • Bug Fixes
    • Fixed an issue with SLA creation that was not allowing the selection of (service, contract, queue, location).
    • Fixed an issue that was not allowing the prices inside of Service Manager products to be changed.
    • Fixed an issue where Company Assets were not being displayed.
    • Fixed an issue where autocomplete was not working correctly when creating new tickets.
    • Fixed the autocomplete on the global search field.
    • Fixed an issue on the Dashboard that would display an invalid # of tickets if a company with open tickets was deleted without closing their tickets first.
  • Enhancements
    • Added a new configurable option to [status] flags. You can now designate which flags will trigger (open or closed) events. This was part of a much larger issue and will make SLA and 3rd party integrations work better together.

  • Core Changes
    • Launched the new Shockey Monkey v2 code base to all remote portals.
    • Improved UI w/ Theme support
    • Improved Performance
    • Added Dashboard, with overview summaries.
    • Fixed Server Side issues in most of the backend code, that were a contributing factor to performance.
  • Bug Fixes
    • Fixed an issue that was not letting contacts be updated.
    • Fixed an issue with chat rending correctly.
    • Fixed serveral issues across the portal where some portions of pages were unviewable.
    • Fixed an overlay issue with the tagging feature in tickets.
    • Improved Tasks and made it more user friendly.
    • Improved Branding & Notification Settings to make the experience more user friendly.

    • Billing Module
      • Fixed an issue where sortby for "Company Name" was not working correctly.
    • Touches
      • Fixed an issue where companies with 0 touches would render on the overview screen.
    • Agreements
      • Fixed an issue where any agreement over 999 dollars would calculate an invalid price.
  • Enhancements
    • Assets
      • You can now create a new assest directly from the company tab.
    • Contacts
      • When using the [Use Company Date] quick link, it will now include (phone & fax).
    • Billing Module
      • Have adjusted the maximum starting invoice number from 9 to 10.
    • Support Chat System
      • Version 1.0 of the support chat system is now live on all portals. This allows your customers to request chat support directly from the portal to any available support technicians.
  • Integrations
    • Level Platforms Integration is now supported.
    • N-able Integration is now supported.
    • GFI Max Integration is now supported.

(Service Manager Enhancements)
  • Added the ability to manage mailbox size & warning limits.
  • Added the ability to configure mailbox forwards
  • Added the ability to configure mailbox permissions
  • Enhanced the back-end process to be more efficient and process account requests faster.
  • Fixed an issue concerning alias accounts, when set to the primary e-mail.

  • Fixed an issue that would cause a user with the [accountant] role, not to be able to access certain aspects of billing.
  • Fixed a graphical issue on the accounting module in regards to the help dialog [IE only].
  • Fixed an un-handled exception that was thrown if certain fields were left null, inside of the accounting module.
  • Fixed an issue with the accounting module, that would cause the "Balance Remaining" to not be properly update in certain conditions.
  • Upgraded the back-end code base, this should help increase performance and loading times across the portal.
  • Added Billable-Time Module into the accounting interface.

  • Fixed an issue that would cause the primary contact of a ticket to not be notified, via email.
  • Added SMART database protection to the "Restore Database" feature.
  • Enhanced the visual effects on the Backup/Restore page.
  • Enhanced the notifications for the schedule control to include HTML generated emails.
  • Upgraded the backend system for all Shockey Monkey Portals, to version 2.1.
    • This was a database upgrade to prepare for the additions coming in the next few days.

  • Removed 200+ warnings from the tickets page triggered by bad JavaScript canned responses.
