Ordering Shockey Monkey is a very simple journey, starting at: https://support.ownwebnow.com. Login with your email address and password assigned to you.
Click on Contacts
Select your name
Update Contact information and Profile & Preferences Sections
Click on Company
Update your Billing Contact Information and Financial Information (credit card info is not required)
Click on Services
Click on Available Services
Click on Order next to Shockey Monkey
Agree to the Terms of Service
Select whether you will use your own domain or a subdomain from our mspticket.com
You're done. You can now Click on Options and update your preferences. You can also select Contact from the New dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of the screen so you can add other employees of your organization that can follow up on support tickets, update company information, place orders, etc.
You will notice that a new support ticket has been created on your behalf. You will be notified as we work on enabling your portal.
If you chose *.mspticket.com..If you selected to use a subdomain from mspticket.com you don't have to do anything. We will take care of the whole thing and depending on the time that it takes for the DNS propagation you will be up as soon as your portal is created.
If you chose your own hostname..If you selected to use a hostname you own (from your domain) we will update the ticket with the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) for that fully qualified domain name. You can take this CSR to your favorite SSL signing authority and obtain a certificate for Apache/SSL server (while we do not recommend or endorse any SSL signing authority, the cheaper you can get one the better and many of our customers have chosen RapidSSL ($15) and GoDaddy) . Once you receive your signed certificate please login to support.ownwebnow.com and update the support ticket by either pasting in the certificate or attaching it to the ticket. An IP address will be assigned to you at this point and you will have to create an A record in your DNS zone for the FQDN of your choosing.
We do ask you to update or close the ticket when you have been able to successfully login to your portal or if you experience any problems.

Absolutely! However, by following this process you will experience how Shockey Monkey works, how different controls are activated and how you can navigate through the portal to get things done. By the time you have your portal online you have already been trained on how to use it!
