Documentation » Using the Service Manager Dashboard

Centrally manage all of your OWN Web Now services from your Service Manager Dashboard. Click Dashboard on the left of the light blue navigation row at the top o f the Dashboard at any time to return to your Dashboard home.

1. Log in to Shockey Monkey portal by entering your email address and password.
2. Click the blue Service Manager tab in the top row navigation panel to be redirected to the Service Manager Dashboard.
3. Click on the List drop down box next to Company to Review the List view of Active accounts and select your own company, a client company, or All companies to filter your view of all currently configured accounts.
4. Use the Light blue navigation row at the top of the Dashboard to access supporting documentation for your Own Web Now products:
1. Click on Partner Guide to log in and view your Own Web Now Partner Handbook, which contains detailed product specifications and information regarding your Own Web Now services.
2. Click on Network Operations to view an updated, searchable bulletin board with news and messages from the NOC and development teams.
3. Click on Services Help to view a searchable FAQ of common user issues or challenges.
5. Click Back on your browser to return to the Service Manager Dashboard.
6. Click on any of the New Services links in the right hand light blue navigation box if you wish to set up a new account, or scroll down through the icons and click on the Services names to be redirected to the Dashboard for that Service.
1. Exchange: hosted Exchange services.
2. Sharepoint: Sharepoint user accounts.
3. Offsite Backups: digitally replicate data in a remote location for stability and availability.
4. Web Hosting: web hosting sites for development or production.
5. Blackberry BES: access Exchange email on Blackberry devices. The email address must be an existing Hosted Exchange account with Own Web Now.
6. ExchangeDefender SP: Service Provider account for Exchange Defender brandable client web portal.
