Update/Close Support Request (end user Client)

  1. Log in to Shockey Monkey portal by entering your email address and password.
  2. Click on Support tab, in the blue top row navigation panel. Review the list of open tickets.
  3. Click on the subject of a ticket to open Ticket View. Scroll down to the Update Ticket window.
  4. Enter any comments that may apply to this Ticket Update.
  5. Check the box next to Close Ticket to complete the Support Request.
  6. Click Update Ticket, then click Support on the top row navigation bar to return to your Support Board.
