  1. Log in to Shockey Monkey portal by entering your email address and password.
  2. Hover your cursor over the the blue Resources tab on the top row navigation bar and click Knowledge Base to view the full Knowledge Base Article listing.
  3. Review the Article Listing page and/or Click Ctrl+F in most web browsers for a Keyword search on the main Article Listings page to quickly find a particular topic.
  4. Click the title line to view the full article.
  5. Click on your browser’s Back button to return to the Listing view.
